Ganesh brings over 17 years of experience in Manufacturing Companies in the area of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Operations, Process Engineering and Project Management. He has turned around complex manufacturing systems into high performance units through Lean Transformation. He has strong Project Management experience in global new product development.

Ganesh is involved in design of manufacturing process, design in discrete manufacturing, plant layout, cellular manufacturing, material handling, quality and productivity enhancement initiatives.

He is the CEO of Winning Minds. His last assignment was with Whirlpool of India where he served as General Manager for New Product Delivery. His previous employers include TI Cycles, TVS Motor Co and Binny Limited.

Ganesh holds a Post-Graduation in Logistics Management (IIMM) & Graduation in Industrial Engineering (CEG, Chennai). He is also a Certified Project Manager (PMP), a Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and a Certified Performance Coach.

Ganesh is passionate about equipping the young generation with life skills. He has authored a book titled “Thoughts on Life Excellence” and regularly writes articles in magazines.
