Learning Objectives

It is imperative for HR professionals of today to have hands-on knowledge and experience on analytical tools to take data–driven decisions in HR and business.  This Basic to Advanced level workshop will help participants gain the necessary skills and tools deliver actionable insights for HR and business related decisions.

These are run as in-house programs and hence the content can be customized to their organization’s requirements.

THE IS A NO-CODE BASED PROGRAM. Hence participants don’t need software programming skills. The course will use open-source Data mining tool and MS-Excel.
